Diagnosis & advice
You receive a diagnosis (if possible) and advice on what to do next within 24 hours.

If you send your assessment and photos Sunday to Thursday this means you should get a response within 24 hours. If you send them on a Friday or Saturday you may have to wait until Monday for a response.

Moles: We can’t offer online diagnosis of moles because it’s not possible to give an effective diagnosis without seeing the moles in person, with additional equipment, or with more knowledge about your personal history and health.
Will a dermatologist look at my photos?

All our photo diagnoses are carried out by our group of GMC registered doctors and advanced pactice clinicians. While many people look for a specific ‘skin doctor’, all our clinicians are trained in identifying common skin problems to provide an accurate diagnosis. Our more specialist and experienced doctors, are on hand to give second opinions where required.

If your skin condition requires examination or investigation, and we are not able to diagnose your condition, further advice and instructions will be provided by our clinician.

How much does it cost?
​
Photo diagnoses is £25 per request. This fee is paid prior to completing your consultation. We'll aim to provide an accurate and appropriate diagnosis, advice and treatment recommendations. The price of medication isn't included in the consultation fee. If we're unable to give a diagnosis or you require face to face evaluation, we will refund you.
